Method 2: Reinstall iTunes

iTunes components might as well be one of the most likely reasons why iTunes error 45075 happen. In the process of upgrading your iTunes, some old components may have huge effects on the installation and in order to have your iTunes installed successfully, try and remove these old software components. To remove these old components, go to control panel and start uninstalling one after the other in the following order;

Bonjour


Apple Application Support 32-bit/64-bit



Then, download iTunes installation package from its official website and open it with any program extractor that you have on your computer.
Method 3: Check Windows Firewall

Your operations may be stopped by security software, try the following steps to fix iTunes error 45075.

Step 1: Press the Windows Key and the R button. Then type the text; "firewall.cpl" in the line.

Step 2: Once the window firewall comes up, check to see if the items are colored green.

Step 3: If the screen is colored red, some on-screen instructions will come up; follow them.

Step 4: Click on the checkbox that says "Allow an app or feature through Windows firewall", then select "Change settings".

Step 5: Check if iTunes is chosen in both private and public networks and Bonjour is selected only in private network.
